However, even if you have made one, have you thought about how up-to-date it is? Sometimes failing to keep one up-to-date is almost as bad as not having one at all. Consider the implications of forgetting to add an additional child or grandchild as a beneficiary! Also, you need to consider that divorce, remarriage and the dissolution of a civil partnership may cause parts of your Will to be nullified - again meaning that someone else will need to decide how your wishes are dealt with.
